A: We could understand your concerns about the quality of products, so sample order is acceptable. The delivery time of sample depends on material prepared. So you'd better tell us which material you need when you contact us.
Q: How long is your warranty?
A: 5 years. On the other hand, 1% spare parts of order will be provided when your quantity is 100 sets. We will try our best to provide after-sale service to you.
Q: How to get your quotation of products?
A: Before getting our quotation, please confirm what products you need, such as size of product, what kind of glass(clear glass, frosted glass, fabric glass and so on) and thickness of glass. The quotation is made basis on these information. Sometimes, customers maybe not have such detail information, we could recommend hot sale for your reference.
Q: What's your delivery time ?
A: Normally about 35-45 days after receiving the deposit. Shipping time can be arranged according to clients’ requirement.
Q: What's the MOQ ?
A: 10 sets for bathtub and 20sets for shower room. If for personal use, we will suggest you to buy from our agent or our distributor in your country to save transport charges.
