For enterprises, the pollution enterprises such as air pollutants and water pollutant discharge enterprises will be put on the "tight hoop mantra" from next year.
The object of taxation refers to the 4 categories of taxable pollutants, including air pollutants, water pollutants, solid waste and noise, which are stipulated in the "environmental protection tax law" attached to the "environmental tax and tax amount list", "taxable pollutants and equivalent values".
The new law on prevention and control of water pollution will be implemented
The newly amended law stipulates that the State implements the total amount control system for the emission of key water pollutants. Focusing on over water pollutant emission control targets or did not complete the improvement of water environment quality target area, the provincial people's government department in charge of environmental protection shall be mainly responsible for jointly with relevant departments interviewed in the local people's government, the file and suspend approval of new environmental impact of key water pollutant emissions assessment of construction projects.
