1. look at the glass.
See if the glass is transparent and has defects such as specks and bubbles. See if there is 3C mark certification on the original glass. Look at the sample of completely toughened glass fragments. The safe amount of fragments per 50 * 50mm area should be more than 40.
2. look at aluminum
Look at the hardness of aluminum. The hardness of aluminum can be tested by hand pressing aluminum frame. For aluminum with hardness above 13 degrees, it is difficult for adults to deform it by hand pressing. Check whether the surface of aluminum is smooth, whether there is color difference and sand hole, and the profile finish.
3. look at pulley.
Look at the material of the pulley and the tightness of the pulley seat. The pulley seat shall be made of pressure resistant and heavy-duty materials, such as 304 stainless steel and high-end synthetic materials. Look at the coordination between the pulley and aluminum track. The pulley and the track shall be closely matched with small gap, which is not easy to fall off when impacted by external force, so as to avoid safety accidents.
4. See the adjustment function of connecting wall material and wall clamp
The wall connecting material (wall clamp) is the aluminum material connecting the shower room and the wall. The wall connecting material should have the function of adjusting the vertical and horizontal directions, so that the aluminum material can match the distortion of the wall and the installation, eliminate the distortion of the glass, and avoid the self explosion of the glass.
5. Look at the stability of the pull rod in the shower room
It's not recommended to choose a retractable tie rod. Its strength is weak.
6. Water tightness of shower room
The joint between the shower room and the wall; the joint between the door and the door; the water tightness of the hinge - the hinge often has poor water tightness because it needs to move; the joint between the shower room and the stone base and the bottom basin; check the tightness of the rubber strip and the rubber strip.
7. See if the product design is humanized
